Day-wise Itinerary

Day 01: Ahmedabad: Excursion to Dakor: Sightseeing (90 Kms & 1.5 Hrs) Arrive early morning at Ahmedabad Airport / Railway station and proceed to Dakor for Darshan enroute to hotel in Ahmedabad. Later on proceed for local sightseeing. Visit Vaishno Devi Temple & Iskcon Temple. In the evening visit the Handicraft & Handloom Bazaar at Law Garden.  Overnight at a Hotel in Ahmedabad.

Day 02: Ahmedabad – Somnath: Visit Somnath Temple (400 Kms – 6 .5 Hrs) Early in the morning we proceed to the Somnath Temple for followers of both Shiva and Vishnu. The most important temple and main highlight in Somnath is the Kailash temple with its imposing architecture, a 50-meter high tower, intricate carvings and a number of holy idols and images. After performing the evening Aarti and after witnessing the Sound & Light Show we will then visit the beach of Somnath which is very beautiful & a captivating sight to behold. The fresh blue waters, humming waves and the cool sands give you a feeling of having landed in a paradise. The beach has pleasant sands, great sea views, camel and pony rides, coconut stalls and snack places. This is followed by free time for relaxation or moving  around Veraval town on your own. Late in the evening leave for dinner and return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Somnath. (B)

Day 03: Somnath – Porbandar – Dwarka: Visit Dwarkadish Temple (240 Kms – 4 .5 Hrs) Early in the morning after your light refreshments we would once again pay a visit to Somnath Mandir for the Aarti/Darshan. Afterwards we leave for Dwarka doing Porbandar enroute where you visit the Sudamapuri Temple associated with a popular tale of Krishna and his dear friend Sudama, Kirti Mandir the three storey house where Gandhiji was born in 1869. Also visit Bharat Mandir. Drive to Dwarka the capital of Lord Krishna's kingdom famous for Dwarkadish temple, JagatMandir or “Temple of the World ''.  Overnight stay at Dwarka. (B)

Day 04: Dwarka: Visit Bet Dwarka, Nageshwar Mandir & Gomati Village After breakfast you will once again visit the Dwarkadheesh Temple (JagatMandir) and Rukmani Temple. The visit of Dwarka is not complete without a visit to Bet Dwarka, an island at a distance of 30 Kms. Off the coast of Okha port, At Bet, there are temples of Vishnu (in the form of 'matsya'), Radha, Lakshmi, Satyabhama, Jambuvanti and Devaki. A ferry ride from Dwarka to the island of Bet near Okha makes a pleasant outing. NageshwarMandir is a temple situated towards Okha dedicated to Lord Shiva and houses one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in an underground chamber. You will then visit Gomati Village, Gomati Talav and Gomati Mandir.  Overnight stay at Dwarka. (B)

Day 05: Dwarka - Ahmedabad In the morning after breakfast return to Ahmedabad and take the much needed overnight break before proceeding to Mount Abu the following day. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad (B).

Day 06: Ahmedabad: Visit Ambaji Temple - Mount Abu (250 Kms) After breakfast, drive to Mount Abu via Ambaji 94 km from Ahmedabad and one of the major Shakti-Peethas of India, situated in the Arasur hills. The Ambaji Temple contains no idol, but an inscribed Yantra in the niche. Ambaji is essentially a temple town-with a temple dedicated to Goddess Ambaji at the center.Continue drive to Mount Abu.  Check in and overnight stay at Mount Abu. (B)

Day 07: Mount Abu: Visit Dilwara Temple – Udaipur (190 Kms) After breakfast sightseeing of Mount Abu which is the only hill station in Rajasthan nestling in the picturesque Aravali Mountains. Entire hillside in Mount Abu is covered by mango, bamboo, eucalyptus, date-palm, silk, cotton and lime trees. Visit Dilwara Jain Temples. One of the finest Jain temples & many even consider them architecturally superior to the Taj Mahal. Built between 11th& 13th century, the most outstanding features are its exquisite carvings in marble. The two temples VimalaVasahi & Luna Vasahi are singled out by experts as superb examples of architecture. Drive to Udaipur, check in and overnight stay at Udaipur. (B)

Day 08: Udaipur: Visit Temple in Nathdwara (200 Kms- 4 Hrs) Today, after breakfast leave for Nathdwara visiting en route Nathdwara: The Srinath Dwarka - Govardhana Hill, Kankroli: An important Vaishnava temple popularly called Dwarkadish. Return to hotel, overnight stay at Udaipur. (B)

Day 09: Udaipur – Ahmedabad: Backhome Today we drive to Ahmedabad for flight or rail journey back home or onward destination. (B)
